I walked today during my lunch "hour." I normally walk the 4 mile path in less than one hour. Today it took me nearly an hour and a half. While it never really hurt badly enough to not walk, I felt weird tenderness deep in the groin, and also a "pinched nerve" feeling in the front and weird twinges in the back and on the sides. Also, I sort of felt like my hamstrings were pushing my leg more than the adductor- if that makes sense.
There are still patches of ice and I had to be very mindful of where I was stepping. Overall, it felt good to get out, but I'm more nervous about the snowshoeing on Sunday! At least I have Monday off to recoop. Still no decision, but I am leaning toward surgery.
